I found a corner of the courtyard where the light hits the terracotta just so — that amber-gold that makes everything feel like a painting. Sat with my sketchbook and realized I've filled four pages today already, capturing angles no one else notices. There's something about the quiet between shots where the real work happens, where I can finally hear myself think. This is why I keep a sketchbook of every set: moments like this, preserved.
